FRUSTRATION BEHAVIOR

Whenever i hear the "FRUSTRATION" word, my head veins forces me to think about the dialogue

'The wolf of wall street' quote "i want to do jerk off. But that isn't why i do it. I do it because i need to"

Question pop up in every mind that how its reduce the resentment, is it fact or written as per  demand of a script. As survey  shows that the frustration level have been seen in under 30 years age group, its very exhausted thing, where who having the potential to transform into giant slayer  rather they choose jerk off ride or jerk free ride.

Frustration Cause: 

Restricted freedom: These days the corporate policy patter draw as a trap maze, onset with best horse riding with huge enthusiasm, but thereafter dusty desert under scorching bright sun. This policies is not #@%$ enough and again they framing one another. --The policy should be frame equilibrium manner, and people love come office daily.

Employee Involvement: Basically involvement means to participate their opinions and suggestions, share ideas to utilize the available resources to make efficiency better and increase output, as a similar couplet you can find in any managerial books, but in real practices its biased. The Manager is the only man who lead the team, lead shows the smell of extreme avarice power, patronize behavior, and autocrat is enough to ruin any team, impact frustration, job change , however rancor build up, and all slop move downwards.---The manager has the quality to lead and provide the opportunity (manager has come  to you).
